Superfood Oatmeal Recipe by my Health Guru Guy

If you are bored with your oatmeal, here is one that is going to make you nuts.
Each ingredients were specifically chosen for their superfood value which is high in protein and antioxidant.
Ingredients (serves 1 large or 2 small portion)
1/2 cup | Rolled Oats
2 Tbsp | Steel cut Oats
1/4 cup | Oat Bran
2 Tbsp | Pepitos (Green Pumpkin seeds)
1 Tbsp | Sunflower Seeds
1 Tbsp | Flax Seeds
1 cup or more until it is fully soaked | Water
1 Tsp | Hemp seeds
3 Tbsp or more | Honey
3 Tbsp | Peanut butter
3 Tbsp | Milk (Regular or Almond or Soy...or Oat)
1 Tsp | Cinnamon
OPTIONAL (add to your liking)
Strawberry
Blueberry
Banana
Acai Powder
Instructions
1. Soak the Seeds and Oats the night before with the above measurements and add water and then cover overnight
Pepitos seeds (Green Pumpkin seeds)
Sunflower Seeds
Flax seeds
Roll Oats
Steel Cut Oats
Oat Bran

2. Next day, the water should have soaked up by the seeds and oats and now to add the rest of the ingredients.
Milk
Peanut Butter
Honey
3. How to warm up (Pot or Microwave)
- Microwave | add the rest of the ingredients and stir well.
- Microwave for 1 minute and take out to stir and put it in again for another minute.
or
- Stovetop | Get a nice sized pot and add the soaked ingredient to the pot
- Then stir and add the milk of your choice
- Then stir in the rest of the ingredients:
Peanut Butter
Honey
Cinnamon
- Slowly stir for a minute and should be creamy. and should be ready to eat
4. Adding your toppings
Fruits of your choice : Strawberry, blueberry and/or banana
Acai powder (superfood)
Hemp seeds
